Each product is made to order just for you, which means we don’t hold inventory and only produce items once an order is placed. Because of this, we’re not able to offer traditional returns or exchanges — but we’ll always make it right if something goes wrong.

Since all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed. Please double-check sizing, colors, and design selections before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- We’ll review your case and, if approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We cover the cost of shipping only in the case of approved replacements due to our error.
